Senior Capstone

Cozy Confections started as an idea during the quarantine of 2020 when I learned all these different allergy friendly recipes and baked them for my brother to enjoy. My brother was born with allergies to eggs, nuts, and tree nuts and finding an allergy bakery with good affordable baked goods is always a struggle. My idea for my capstone is to create a bakery food truck that sells delicious affordable allergy friendly baked goods, with a cozy and cute feel to its design.
